Precision Metal Fabrication - Mech-Tronics has an extensive fabrication facility featuring a vast array of machinery and equipment. We produce fabricated enclosures, chassis, and fabricated assemblies from prototype through production. In-house processes include CNC punching and machining, forming, mil-spec welding, finishing and painting.
Photo Chemical Etching - Mech-Tronics has an automated etching facility. We chem-etch .0005" - .090" Aluminum, Brass, Copper, Steel, Stainless Steel, and various alloys. We produce Heat Sinks, aircraft components, waveguides, computer parts, and other cost effective prototypes. Our specialty is photo engraved panels.
Aluminum Dip
Brazing - Mech-Tronics
has a complete Dip Brazing facility with a 48" x 36" x 30"
brazing pot, which meets the requirements of
MIL-B-7883. We hold process approval from all major prime contractors.
