GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The Model 450/451 probe assembly includes the preamplifier assembly used in the Mech-Tronics Model 400/401 respectively and a standard 14 pin photomultiplier base assembly; both contained in a cylindrical probe housing. The housing itself has been designed to mate with the Harshaw 8S8 Series Integral Line Gamma detector assemblies, forming a unified detector-preamplifier combination.
